Context of the project :
Our MOOC_Entreprise project was selected within the framework of the Rights, Equality and Citizenship program of the European Commission, following the REC-RDAP-GBV-AG-2018 call for projects.
- It is 80% funded by the European grant, the remaining 20% being the responsibility of the project partners.
- The project has a duration of 24 months, from 09/01/2019 to 08/31/2021.
Project's objectives :
- Raise awareness and inform companies about the negative consequences of sexual harassment and gender-based violence at work.
- Reduce sexual harassment and sexist behavior in the workplace by using an online course (MOOC) open to all employees, linked to specific training sessions for management, human resources, women's rights advocates and union members. Partners :

2019 Gender-based & sexual violence in the workplace: public hospital
Inappropriate comments, lewd comments, unsolicited touching ... are prohibited by law. But still very present!
How can one cope? When will it belong to the past? What are we talking about? Sexism? Sexual harassment? Sexual assault? Who can one turn to? How can one provide evidence? What should the employer do? Follow this MOOC!
It is intended for medical and paramedical staff in public hospitals, both women and men.
