Project's objectives :
- Raise awareness and inform companies about the negative consequences of sexual harassment and gender-based violence at work.
- Reduce sexual harassment and sexist behavior in the workplace by using an online course (MOOC) open to all employees, associated with specific training sessions for management, human resources, advocates women's rights and union members.

Project's objectives :
20% of working women say they have been confronted with a situation of sexual harassment during their professional life.
The training kit should allow all employees (at all levels) to be informed and sensitized on violence against women at work, the obligations of the company, the rights and procedures of victims and the role witnesses.
